We are proud to share a new project by Pragma Services in the agri-food sector of the Grand Est region!
For the past 6 months, one of our project managers has been overseeing the relocation of part of a process facility from one factory to another for a global leader in the agri-food industry.
The objective is clear: to ensure a seamless deployment and a timely production startup within the allocated budget for this project. We have been tasked with managing the entire project, including the implementation of the process, as well as the coordination of various service providers, over a period of more than 9 months.
